We have the same access to VAG’s worldwide Offboard Diagnostic Information System (ODIS) and the Audi Electronic Service Schedule as any franchised dealer. That means accurate diagnosis and a service history that’s recognised industry-wide — not guesswork.
Manufacturer-trained technicians
Whether we’re servicing a 15-year-old Polo or a brand-new R8, the technician working on your car has years — often a decade or more — of VAG-specific experience. You’ll deal with the same person throughout, which makes explaining a problem far easier than starting from scratch with a different mechanic every visit.
ZF automatic gearbox servicing — even though the dealer will tell you it’s ‘lifetime fill’
Many Audi and VW models with the ZF 8-speed automatic gearbox come with a main dealer line that the transmission oil is a ‘lifetime fill’ and never needs changing. ZF — the company that actually builds the gearbox — disagrees. ZF’s own guidance is to change the fluid typically around every 60,000 miles. Left unchanged, the fluid gradually breaks down, and by the time it starts causing rough or delayed shifts, real damage can already be underway. We carry out full ZF transmission fluid and filter changes — properly evacuated, not just drained from the sump.

Q: Does servicing here affect my Audi or VW warranty?
A: No — as long as we follow the manufacturer’s service schedule and use genuine or OE-equivalent parts, your warranty remains valid under EU and UK block exemption rules. We keep full digital service records for exactly this reason.
Q: What’s included in a standard service?
A: We follow the manufacturer’s specific service schedule for your model and mileage, covering everything your handbook specifies — never a generic one-size-fits-all service.
Q: My dealer says my automatic gearbox oil is ‘lifetime fill’ — is that true?
A: It’s a marketing position, not an engineering one. ZF, who build the 8-speed automatic gearbox fitted to many Audi and VW models, recommend a fluid change around every 60,000 miles. Left too long, the damage that results can be severe enough that the gearbox needs replacing entirely.
Q: How quickly can you book my car in?
A: We aim for a maximum three-day turnaround, with same-day availability for many routine services. We always do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies.
