Labour rates up to 50% lower than main dealers, and a reassuring two-year parts and labour guarantee — covering both parts and labour, unlike some bodywork repairers.
Entrusting your VAG vehicle to us for body repair doesn’t mean missing the benefits main dealers emphasise. Like them, we have fully-trained repairers and access to VAG’s Offboard Diagnostic Information System (ODIS). What we don’t have are the high labour rates.

We’ve lost count of customers who come to us for bodywork and are so impressed they return for servicing and MOTs. If disaster should strike again, at least you’ll know your vehicle is in safe hands.
Booking times: a three-day maximum
We aim to keep booking lead-times to a maximum of three days. Most bodywork repairs complete in one to two weeks — unusually prompt for a London bodyshop. We always try to accommodate emergency requests too.
