Audi, VW, ŠKODA and SEAT electric and hybrid vehicles represent some of the most sophisticated engineering on the road today. From the Audi e-tron and Q4 e-tron to the Volkswagen ID.3 and ID.4, ŠKODA Enyaq, and SEAT el-Born — these cars demand specialist knowledge and approved equipment to service correctly.
IMPORTANT: EV and hybrid servicing is not the same as conventional servicing. Battery management, regenerative braking systems, and high-voltage components require manufacturer-trained technicians with the correct safety equipment and certification. Never entrust EV or hybrid work to a general garage.
Our VAG-trained EV and hybrid specialists have completed manufacturer-approved high-voltage safety training. We work on all Audi, VW, ŠKODA and SEAT electric and hybrid models using ODIS diagnostic equipment — the same tools used by main dealers.
Our EV & hybrid services include:
- Annual EV service and software updates.
- High-voltage battery health checks and diagnostics.
- Regenerative braking system inspection and maintenance.
- Thermal management system service.
- Charging system diagnosis (onboard charger, CCS/Type 2).
- Hybrid drive unit inspection and fluid service.
- 12V auxiliary battery replacement and coding.
We offer EV and hybrid servicing at up to 50% less than main dealer labour rates. You get factory-level expertise and ODIS diagnostics — without the main dealer price tag.
Our Gallery
Electric and hybrid Audi and VW vehicles still require regular servicing — brake fluid, coolant loops, cabin filters, and software updates all need attention on a schedule. The difference is that these services must be completed by technicians who understand high-voltage safety protocols and VAG EV-specific architecture.
Battery health diagnostics
Your EV battery pack is the most valuable component in your car. Our ODIS battery diagnostics give you a detailed state-of-health report: cell balance, charge capacity, thermal management performance, and any fault codes. We provide a written report you can keep — useful if you ever sell the vehicle.
Regenerative braking service
Because EVs and hybrids use regenerative braking, the conventional brake pads and discs can suffer from corrosion due to infrequent use. We inspect, clean, and where necessary replace brake components — and verify the regenerative braking calibration is operating as designed.
Software updates and coding
VAG EV and hybrid software is updated regularly by the manufacturer. These updates can improve range, charging performance, battery management, and feature functionality. Using ODIS, we apply all current OTA and workshop updates at your service visit — keeping your car current without a dealer visit.
